Are your days numbered in your Company?

A Personal Crash could mean your days are numbered in the Company
Have you been wondering why at times you just can’t get along with your boss or colleagues especially if your seating position have just been reallocated, or after a major renovation or just a small one in a certain corner or spot of the office.

Just feel that something is just not right and it seems to crash with your thoughts, your decisions, your actions, etc; in about anything or somehow everything you to.

A True Story:
An employee whom is born in the year of Dragon was seated in a spot for many years. His relationship with colleagues and boss were relatively harmonious for years. It so happen that the management decide to renovate the office, and new allocation of seats for the employee was part of the plan.

Owing to the shifting of seat, the nightmare starts. The employee resigns within the few months after the renovation. Coincidentally, more employees left the company after the relocation.

What could have happen?
In Metaphysics context, being born in the year of the Dragon, Southeast (SE1) is his Personal sector and Northwest (NW1) is Crash Sector. It is best not to have any negative features in these sectors. As the employee had been relocated to a seat where its Northwest sector is where the newly built Sales and Marketing Department is located owing to an office space upgrading plan. In additional, the Southeast sector from the seat had also undergone a renovation to make way for more office space. With this sudden change, conflicts and unhappiness tends to build up and eventually the employee left the company last year.
Floor Plan showing the Personal (SE1) and Crash Sectors (NW1) of the employee with respect to where he was seated. The Main Door is also seen in the East sector
Besides, the above-mentioned, negative features could be a building column pillar, store room, your boss’s office and especially where his Date of Birth “crashes” yours, or simply there is currently a major construction site outside the office and this is in your Crash Sector direction, etc.

Therefore, the next time when the management announces to renovate the office, then you might need to beware, as it could be the start of a headcount process, in this uncertain times, owing to the global economic crisis, especially the current crisis in the US and the Euro Zone.

With reference to the Floor Plan, the Main Door is in the East sector, and this is where the 5 Yellow Sha (五黄煞) resides, the most dangerous sector in 2011. As the 5 Yellow Sha can have repercussions that are very negative, company with the main door in this sector might have to be more careful as it will be more prone to impact of bad fortune or events occurring this year; e.g. poor sales performance, more prone to difficult or challenging business deals, headcounts, or to the worse might lead to a company merger or acquisition, etc.
The Daily, the Monthly and the Annual 5 Yellow Sha (五黄煞) all residing in the East
Coincidentally, today is a day where the power of the 5 Yellow Sha (五黄煞) could be very much stronger residing in the East. Why is that so? The Daily, the Monthly and the Annual 5 Yellow are all residing in the East today. So it is always good to be more careful if your Main Door is in the East. If you could, use another Door and avoid the East door for the time being.

If you are interested to find out more about your endeavors and challenges ahead, and what options are available for you, leading you to a path of least resistance to their success in life, then you may consider the 1-1 Personal Consultation for a personal reading with Metaphysics.

Selecting a Good Property – Receiving prosperous water from the Dragon

Bedok Residences @ Bedok Central,
a new residential-retail mixed development
in the East.
The article in this series serves as an example to assist homebuyers to qualify for a good investment property or properties that could enjoy good Feng Shui and good Return on Investment or ROI with a mean to hedge against inflation. It also acts as an illustration to share the knowledge of Classical Feng Shui principles that could be used to assess a good property. This is based on the recent Bedok Residences @ Bedok Central, a new residential-retail mixed development in the East.

With reference to the mixed development site plan, the site is South facing the East Coastline. As there is incoming “water”, which can be referred to waterways, road, etc, flowing to the Bedok Residences site from the West direction, the site could be receiving the Early Heaven Water.

Bedok Residences receiving incoming prosperous
Early Heaven water from the west
The Early Heaven Water (先天水) is derived from the Dragon Gate Eight formation (龙门八局), a water assessment from San-Yuan Feng Shui. In Feng Shui context, the Early Heaven Water governs People matters, and receiving this water improves people luck. As for commercial or businesses, it would attract a stronger flow of human crowd and improve business growth.

The site could also be receiving the Southwest Later Heaven Water (后天水) which governs Money matters. Receiving this water denotes wealth creation, improving financial luck, etc.

With reference to the residential development site plan, those South facing units might be also receiving the prosperous Huge Door Water (巨门水) which denotes improving Family Luck, fostering lots of helpful people and good friends.

In general, receiving these prosperous waters are definitely a great boost for the retails and businesses in this residential-retail mixed development site.

What's next?
Having a good site means that businesses and residents in this area are generally enjoying good Feng Shui, and this will equate to better sales revenue for the business people, good fortune and prosperity for the residents.

However, the story doesn’t stop here. Although the site may be good, but that doesn’t mean that it is suitable for all, and which are the better good-value units for investment or a place call home. As for the prospective homebuyers, the next step is to ascertain which residential blocks, which floor levels and which units are more suitable for you and your family members.

With an estimate unit price ranging from $1000 to $1500 psf, homebuyers could consider expert advice or an EZ Property Selection to secure a better unit especially for these units are going at above $1000+ psf.

Are you affected by Corporate Culture?

Are you affected by Corporate Culture?
In the corporate world, the human resource of the company will hire people based on their skill-set and experience that could contribute to increase the companies’ revenue. On the other hand, a newly joined employee who has the right skill-set and qualification might resign after barely a week or within their probation period from the company. It is not an issue that this person is not good enough for the job, but probably an issue that he or she might not be able to blend into the organization; it is about Corporate Culture.

In Metaphysics context, we could define Corporate Culture as Feng Shui. In Feng Shui perspective, with reference to our Year of Birth, we can be associated with a specific sector in the office.

For example, if you are born in 1958, the sector that is associated to you is the Northwest1 (NW1, 292.6 – 307.5 degree). If you are born in 1972, then you have a closer affinity with North2 (N2, 352.6 – 7.5 degree).

How to Measure?
You will need to invest in a compass. For those who owned an iPhone, you can make use of the Digital Compass function that comes with it in the phone. Simply measures where your associated sector with the compass with reference to where you are seated.

What to Watch out for?
As in the above example, for a person who is born in 1972 which is also the Year of the Rat, he or she is associated to the N2. It is preferred to have this sector “clear and clean”. Any negative forms or “threatening features” found in this area should be observed and beware as it indicates a telltale sign of disharmony. Negative features can be a structural pillar, a storeroom, a missing corner or sector as some offices may have an odd shape floor plan.
A Summary Listing that shows the specific sectors that
a person should beware of any negative forms

What does it means?
If it is a structural pillar, it would usually denote disharmony or obstacles in your work or with colleagues; a storeroom would mean you are more prone to being “trapped” in a situation, perhaps owing to an action you have taken or a decision you have made and you could not able to jump out of this situation easily. If there is a missing corner or sector and that area is also your associated sector, then you don’t seem to belong in that office as your sector is missing.

What can be done to resolve?
With this in mind, one should be more alert and observance, be more tolerant and keeping a low profile in whatever things or actions you do. You should also adopt a more positive mindset in confronting issues or problems that could arise.

Nevertheless, you could consider using a little Feng Shui help which might help to reduce the negative impact or bad influence.

Selecting a Good Property - Enjoy Good Feng Shui with the Timely Spirits.

Skyline Residences @ Telok Blangah
The article in this series serves as an example to assist home buyers to qualify for a good investment property or properties that could enjoy good Feng Shui and good Return on Investment or ROI with a mean to hedge against inflation. It also acts as an illustration to share the knowledge of Classical Feng Shui principles that could be used to assess a good property. This is based on the recent Skyline Residences @ Telok Blangah Condo launch.

With reference to the Site Plan of development, this development site could benefit from the external environment based on Feng Shui principle.

Using the Skyline Residences @ Telok Blangah as an illustration, the properties circled in Red, are well positioned harnessing the breathtaking panoramic sea in the Southwest, which is timely (当旺) from 2004 – 2043.

The site is embraced by the Telok Blangah Hill in the Northwest and North and Mt. Faber in the Northeast. In addition, the properties are also facing the golf course frontage which acts as a Bright Hall (明堂) where Qi could collect and this would be beneficial to the residents in the vicinity, conforming to the Direct and Indirect Spirits (零正). Here it does not refer to the deities or spirits, but a terminology about a Feng Shui principle. In Period 8 (from 2004 – 2023), to enjoy good Feng Shui, a property is preferred to 'see' Water in the Southwest and Mountain or high grounds in the Northeast.

a Bright Hall and the timely Southwest water
The aerial map shows that there is good affinity between the properties and the nearby external environment; i.e. The Hills Embrace and timely Southwest Water, which could contribute as a good consideration when selecting a better property.

As there is a highway within the vicinity, it is advised to select units that are above this highway. In addition, potential homebuyers should also beware of any environmental violations and negative forms in the nearby vicinity by assessing the site with other Feng Shui principles. Common environment violations are properties facing the Corners of their neighbouring buildings (尖角煞), and the 8 Killings Force (八煞黄泉), etc.

Is your property facing the Corner of a Building (尖角煞) ?

Building A could inflict by the Building Edge Sha (尖角煞)
In current times, owing to the scarcity of land, buildings whether residential or commercial are erected not only relatively “pack” to each other, but also in various architectural designs. At times, the corners of your neighbouring building could be pointing at your unit, and in a very close proximity.  If your property is encountering such a corner, the unit could have violated the Building Edge Sha.

Building Edge Sha (尖角煞) is about the corner of a Building pointing to the neighbouring building, inflicting “Sha Qi” to this building.

What so bad about these corners?
Imagine there is a knife pointing at you. Would you feel threaten, uneasy and even tense? A corner or edge is also the point where airflow and magnetic force converge from 2 different directions, redirect the force and charging to the facing property continuously. With this negative force or “Sha Qi” pointing at your property, it would affect your well-being, especially your mental health aspect which could lead to accidents, disputes, argument, etc.

In the Study of Feng Shui, it is generally not advisable to have your unit, especially the main door and windows to face the corner of your neighbouring building. However, the intensity of the “Sha Qi” depends on the strength of the airflow as well as the distance between the corner and the affected facing building. Should the distance is relatively far apart, then the Sha-Qi could be weakened and the impact of the violation could be reduced or there might not be any violation at all.

If the force is pointing Building A from the Southwest, then it could affect the Elder women, Women of the House, or the Mother, could be more prone to health problems relating to the spleen, large intestine, etc.

Building B could be inflicting “Sha Qi” to Building A circled in Green.

Example 2
If the force is pointing Building B from the North, then the residents will be more prone to health problems relating to the kidney, bladder or ear.

Selecting a Good Property – Receiving Nobleman help and Improving Career Endeavours

It also acts as an illustration to share the knowledge of Classical Feng Shui principles that could be used to assess a good property. This is based on the recent A Treasure Trove @ Punggol Condo launch.

With reference to the Site Plan of development, this development site could benefit from the external environment based on Feng Shui principle.

A Treasure Trove @ Punggol site is well-positioned with respect to the Sungei Punggol, which serves as a Water Mouth (水口) in the Northwest or North of the site.

An illustration of properties from
A Treasure Trove @ Punggol
conforming to Feng Shui principles
With the Main Entrance entering the site in the Southeast direction, this could ushering the Officer Water (临官水) into the site and residents will benefit from this formation which conforms to one of the 4 Major Water structures in San He Water Assessment Theory (三合水法). With reference to this formation, it denotes assistance help from noble people, improving career endeavours and good fortune.

In general, with the affinity between the Water mouth and the Main Entrance conforming to Feng Shui principle, residents in this site would benefit from this formation.

Although the site would be blessed with better Feng Shui, this qualifies one of the important factors in Classical Feng Shui; i.e. the Environment. One must still need to ascertain the Building, the Residents and Time factors. These are the 4 important factors that we look out for in ensuring a property conforming to Good Feng Shui.

With these in mind, we could able to select a better unit within the building with a good facing direction to harness the good energy or Qi into your unit so that it is beneficial to you and your loved ones. In addition, one should also select a unit which is not only better located to tap to the external environment but also to the near surroundings, such as in respect to the swimming pool and personalizing which floor levels are more suitable for the residents, Feng Shui per se.

Water Mouth location with respect to the site conforming
to the Fire Structure of the 4 Major Water Structure in San-He
(四大水局之火局)

What if the Main Entrance is not Southeast?
Should the Main Entrance to the Site is not Southeast but in the directions entering from those bearings that are demarked for the Water Exit; for example, the Main Entrance is situated in the Northwest, then the Feng Shui of this site would be entirely different and may not be as favourable as the current Southeast Entrance.

Selecting a Good Property – Receiving Wealth and Prosperity from the Waterway

Water Brooks @ Punggol
Source from HDB website
The article in this series serves as an example to assist homebuyers to qualify for a good investment property or properties that could enjoy good Feng Shui and good Return on Investment or ROI with a mean to hedge against inflation. It also acts as an illustration to share the knowledge of Classical Feng Shui principles that could be used to assess a good property. This is based on the recent Water Brooks @ Punggol, a new Build-To-Order (HDB - BTO) housing launch.

With reference to the residential development site plan, the site is facing the Punggol Waterway. Should the incoming water is flowing to the Water Brooks site from the North direction, most of the North facing units could be receiving the prosperous Huge Door Water.

So what is so good about Huge Door Water?
The Huge Door Water (巨门水) is derived from the Assistant Star Transformation Water Method (辅星水法), a water assessment from San-He Feng Shui. In Feng Shui context, Huge Door Water governs wealth, and receiving this water denotes wealth creation, good fortune and prosperity. It also indicates excellent financial luck, which also augurs well for business owners and entrepreneurs.

What if the Water is flowing in the opposite direction?
As the coin has 2 sides, should the water is exiting from the site towards the North direction, then the bad attributes of the Huge Door Water could be surfaced instead. At the same time, this also means that the site could be receiving the Assistant Star Water (辅弼水) from the Southeast direction and this denotes improving Family Luck, fostering lots of helpful people and good friends.

In general, based on the water assessment, receiving water from various directions denotes different endeavors that could affect the residents, as the outcome can be good or bad.

There are a total of 8 type of water, comprises of 4 prosperous and 4 inauspicious incoming water. The Huge Door (巨门) Water is classified as 1 of the prosperous water. The other types of water are the Greedy Wolf (贪狼), Military Art (武曲), Assistant Star (辅弼), Rewards (禄存), Literary Arts (文曲), Chastity (廉贞) and Broken Soldier (破军) Water.

As an example, if your property is receiving the Broken Soldier Water (破军水), then the residents will be more prone to harbinger of serious accidents, catastrophes, bankruptcy and chronic poor health.

An illustration of properties from Water Brooks @ Punggol
conforming to Feng Shui principles
With reference to the Site plan, as the waterway could be leading the water towards the site in the North direction, units located in the specific facing would be also able to tap into the Ushering the Officer Water (催官水法), another important water assessment from San-He Feng Shui. If your unit is able to conform to this water assessment, it denotes good achievements, accolades and respectable reputation. However, be mindful that should water is flowing in the opposite direction, i.e water is flowing away from the site towards the North direction instead, then the end result based on Feng Shui context could be different.

A Bing Fire person (丙火) is like the Big Hot Sun, which provides warmth and affection to the surrounding people. How to prove Feng Shui exists?

Can Feng Shui help to improve your Good Fortune?
Most if not all of the people that I met, and especially those who are new to Feng Shui, always have an impression that Feng Shui exists if you believe and non-existence if you don’t. I must emphasize that Feng Shui does exist whether you believe it or not.

If Feng Shui exists, then Prove it !
Activate the bad Qi and see what happens? Probable effect would be losing money, falling sick, encountering car accident, major surgery, or any bad endeavours that you might encounter.

Why don’t activate the Good Qi to prove that Feng Shui exists? The answer is simply because people will always claim that it is their good fortune and got nothing to do with the Feng Shui aspect.

Annual and Monthly Flying Star Qi
Chart with Double 5 in the East
in Mar 2011
For those that still don’t believe in Feng Shui, I dare you to try the followings:
Go to the Bad sector of your house; in this case the East sector, sleep in that room, renovate the space, knock the wall to hang your favourite painting or picture in that room. For those properties that have a garden, plant a tree in the east of your house.

Just do something or any form of activities that can activate the Qi in this bad sector, and you could enjoy a year of bad fortune.

Qi Map of a S2-Facing unit
with 5 Facing Star
in the East sector
For those Period 8 houses that are facing South and Southeast as well as those Period 7 houses facing North, these properties are having a 5 facing star in the East sector and this could be more prone to misfortune than other houses, especially if the Main Door is situated in this sector.

Should you have encountered bad fortune or difficulties in this period of time, and proves that Bad Qi exists,  then it also means that Good Qi also exists. Therefore, if you activate the good Qi, you could also enjoy good Feng Shui and fortune.

An illustration of how nasty the Double 5 can be?
Japan being situated in the East Asia was seriously hit by Earthquake and Tsunami in March 2011, causing many lives and wealth loss. In Feng Shui context, the 5 Yellow annual star (Bad Qi) resides in the East sector this year in 2011. And coincidentally, the 5 Yellow monthly star also arrives in the East sector. With the Double 5 sitting in the East, it is not difficult to convince that it will be more prone to the impact of bad fortune or event occurring in the East.

The Japan Tsunami in March 2011. The effect of the Nasty Double 5?

Besides the Nasty 5 Yellow Sha (五黄煞), you should also beware of the 3 Killings sha (三煞) in the West, the Grand Duke or Tai Sui (太岁) in the East and the Year Breaker or Sui Po (岁破) in the West. These are the Annual Afflictions in 2011.

Double 8 and 9 in the Northwest
and West sectors respectively
in Mar and Dec 2011.
If the nasty Double 5 Yellow Sha (五黄煞) is affecting the East with Bad fortune, then does it also means that the Double 8 and Double 9 would bring better or Good fortune in the Northwest and West sectors respectively?

For your information, the 8 and 9 stars are the “Good Stars” (旺星) in Period 8, from 2004 – 2023. Using the sectors where the 8 and 9 stars resides would improve in Wealth and Business opportunities as well as happy events and growth like a promotion and advancement at work.

Guess what? The Double 5 will be “visiting” the East sector again in the coming December 2011. And for 2012, both the Nasty 5 Yellow Sha (五黄煞) and the Grand Duke or Tai Sui (太岁) will be residing in the Southeast. Hopefully they are not too nasty this time.
