Why Feng Shui a Property?

A Property with Feng Shui = a Good Value Investment
It doesn’t matter whether you are shopping around for a property for residential or investment purposes, we all want a good value investment with good Capital Returns, and some would refer it as a good Return on Investment or ROI for short.

And one of the best ways to ensure this is by ensuring that your property enjoys good Feng Shui.

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese Metaphysical science of harnessing the natural energies of our living environment, to assist us to achieve our goals in life. It studies the natural and man-made landforms around our property, and allows us to assess and ascertain the types of Qi that exist around us, before enabling us to tap into the positive Qi, and avoiding the ill effects of negative ones.

Having this information will not only enable us to use and avoid the different types of Qi at different points in Time, but also assists us to tap into the outside and within our property so as to benefit from it.

If you are considering investing in a property and you have a chance to choose from 2 properties; both are of the same prices, same sizes and located in the same neighbourhood. However, one is tagged with Better Feng Shui than the other one, which one do you choose? Whether you believe in Feng Shui or not, I’m quite sure your choice is obvious.

Which unit has a Higher Market Value?
A well-known politician has once given his thoughts on Feng Shui and his opinion is as follows:
If you are thinking of investing in a property, which other people say that it has unfavourable Feng Shui, and when you buy it, you must also consider when you resell it.

Hence, whether you are a strong believer in Feng Shui or not, Feng Shui seems to be well-received as one of checklist in selecting a Good-Value Property for own stay or investment.

A Summary of Classical Feng Shui ?
Classical Feng Shui is not about traditional culture or beliefs, not about what objects or figurines to put in your living area or bedroom, not about what colours should you paint the walls, doors or the curtains you hang in the bedrooms.

Classical Feng Shui is about accessing the Life Energy or Qi in our living environment, and how can we channel these good energies from the outside into our Home, circulating within it, and benefiting from it so as to achieve our present and future endeavours in life.

Are you the Right person to complete this Feng Shui puzzle?
As mentioned in my earlier articlethe 4 most important factors about Feng Shui are Location, Building, People and Time. If we are able to find a property that conforms to these factors, then the property could be enjoying good Feng Shui.

Hence, you don’t need to convert your Dream Home into a mini Chinese Restaurant to enjoy Feng Shui. That's for sure.

So the next time when you are considering into property investment, do look out if there are Mountains and Waters in the environment. Happy house-hunting…..
