Based on Xuan Kong Flying Star Feng Shui Principle, although the East and Southeast sectors are missing, this Northeast facing property has the important areas of the house, like the Main Door, Kitchen, Living Area and Bedroom are well located in the Good sectors. The Main Door is in the South sector where the facing star 6 is located which is not timely, but it is still one of the white stars (good star). As long as there is no negative forms “directing” to the Main Door, then it should be fine.

Based on the Home Plan, placing ”water” in the Living/Dining Area; like an aquarium or water tank, could be beneficial to improve wealth opportunities and growth.
