Is your property facing the Corner of a Building (尖角煞) ?

Building A could inflict by the Building Edge Sha (尖角煞)
In current times, owing to the scarcity of land, buildings whether residential or commercial are erected not only relatively “pack” to each other, but also in various architectural designs. At times, the corners of your neighbouring building could be pointing at your unit, and in a very close proximity.  If your property is encountering such a corner, the unit could have violated the Building Edge Sha.

Building Edge Sha (尖角煞) is about the corner of a Building pointing to the neighbouring building, inflicting “Sha Qi” to this building.

What so bad about these corners?
Imagine there is a knife pointing at you. Would you feel threaten, uneasy and even tense? A corner or edge is also the point where airflow and magnetic force converge from 2 different directions, redirect the force and charging to the facing property continuously. With this negative force or “Sha Qi” pointing at your property, it would affect your well-being, especially your mental health aspect which could lead to accidents, disputes, argument, etc.

In the Study of Feng Shui, it is generally not advisable to have your unit, especially the main door and windows to face the corner of your neighbouring building. However, the intensity of the “Sha Qi” depends on the strength of the airflow as well as the distance between the corner and the affected facing building. Should the distance is relatively far apart, then the Sha-Qi could be weakened and the impact of the violation could be reduced or there might not be any violation at all.
